The property is located in a picturesque mountain village in southern Bulgaria and is about 20 km to Banite Spa Resort, 65 km to Pamporovo Ski Resort and about 70 km to Smolyan town. The nearest international airport is in the city of Plovdiv – 80 km. The village is also very close to the Greek state border, so you can reach the Aegean Sea beaches in Greece within about 170 km.
